Lead Time

Your order will be completed within 5-10 working days of your order being placed. 

If you need your order by a certain date please notify us by leaving a note in the remarks field during checkout. 

If we are unable to complete your order by that date we will let you know as soon as possible. 

If there is a delay with your order we will let you know as soon as we are aware. 

Returns Policy 

While we hope that you love your items, we understand that sometimes things need to be returned. We offer a refund or exchange on any non personalised items within 28 days of recieving your order.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for personalised items. 

If there is a fault with your order please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you to make things right.
